Granting security for Past Due Aging pagelet in AP Operational Dashboard

Where and How can I provide the specific security access to Past Due Aging pagelet in AP Operational Dashboard. I do not see this pagelet under pagelet wizard. I can see the pagelet on AP operational dashboard for PS admin role. But when log in with specific user who has access to AP operational Dashboard, I do not see this pagelet on his Dashboard.
