Issues searching with Elastic Search

We have just installed and configured our PeopleSoft HCM 9.2/PT 8.55.11 environment with Elastic Search as the search instance. However, I can not get the search to work. Every time I try and search I receive the error: "No results were returned. Refine your search by entering different search criteria."

I have followed the documentation for installation, applied the replied patches by creating and apply a Change Package from PUM 19 and the indexes deploy and crawl successfully. The round trip test checks out ok, but nothing I search on works.

Has anyone else had any issues? What am I missing?
