GL Cobol Process does not Post

When running a GL Cobol process journals are posting  and it runs successfully but the distribution status is  does not Post (Not Posted). All other process do such as SQR's and App Engines.

Environment Details:

PeopleTools : 8.54.26

FSCM application: 9.1

Database : Sybase 15.5

and Report node protocol is FTP.
