PTIAANALYSIS failing with java error java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: psft/pt8/joa/CI

Hi

I am running an upgrade from FSCM 9.1 8.52.13 TO FSCM 9.2 8.55.09 using change assistant 8.55.09.  When I run the running the data conversion analyzer PTIAANALYSIS fails with the following java error.  Any suggestions?  This is a MTP pass.  No issue in first pass.    I wouldn't even know which java class we might be missing
