Completed task still showing in UWQ

Hi all,

Normally when our Collections Users pick up a task that's owned by them and mark it as "Completed", once they refresh their work queues, that task is no longer displayed in their queue.

However, we have one task that seems to be stuck. On the UWQ the status of the task is "Open" but when we drill down into the Task Tab, the task status is Completed.

We have run the IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table successfully but that has not removed the task either.

Is there another way of removing this Completed task from the UWQ?
