Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. PIA startup taking longer time

Hello,

We are on 8.54.16 tools version and WLS 12.1.2.0.0 and patch 1530982 WLS_12.1.2.0.0_GENERIC_130607.1100

The issue is , PIA startup ( single server domain ) is taking almost 20 mins to show as it started. Does anybody faced this problem before?

Any suggestion pls?
