9.2 Payment Advice

Hi,

Payment advice is not sending email advice to suppliers with the below options selected in paycycle for processing credit vouchers.

Under Paycycle Preference the option for processing credit vouchers are selected as follows.

1. Credit Vouchers - Process Credit Vouchers

2. Date Limit - No Date Limit

Replication Steps

1. Create a credit voucher for  $-5000

2. Create a normal voucher for $5500

3. Run the paycycle process by enabling email payment advice.

The payment advice process is not shown in the paycycle. The payment advice process should be available for sending advice for $500
