Intermittent issues with CA validation of SEMHUB--- environment being updated is from PUM image #19

Issue is that MANY times when I enter CA, and ping and view my HUB, ping always works, but view fails most of the time.  Not ruling out I've changed something along the line, but don't know what it would be.

It worked long enough at one point for me to get the image upgrade done, but now I am wanting to upgrade to tools 8.55.01 to that of the tools image 8.55.09

I've cleaned the PSEMHUB and the CA machines directories as directed (many many times, plus rebooted, cleared cache, bounced servers ... you name it).

Now I have been getting repeatedly during Step 4 of the validation which is discovering HUB environments ... repeated fails.
