IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers running for certain org or for all?

Is IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers running for certain org unit or can be run for All? It seems we need to pick OU but The LOV for Org Units  (when using resp. Collections Administrator)  when submitting - has only one OU  (default value) what do we do to get all OUs into this LOV - in order to pick the needed ?
