Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Mail attachment Is Not Working In OpenUI after changing the method of New button to NewFileAttachment.

As suggested here, Drag And Drop File Attachment In Open UI For IE10,Firefox And Chrome Not Working (Doc ID 1918026.1)

we have changed the method of New button NewFileAttachment from NewRecord.
