How to insert HTTP Extended Access Logging ip address from weblogic into the PSACCESSLOG table

We are currently utilizing HTTP access logging from WebLogic to capture actual user ip addresses instead of the BIG-IP F5 (11.6.1 version) ip address in WebLogic's psaccesslog file on the web server. Currently we're using Splunk to capture this log file and saving offline for analysis. It's not feasible to analize large amout of data using a log file. We are wondiering if it is possible to save this information inside PeopleSoft to quickly query this information. How can we capture the clients IP Address using a Front-End Proxy (F5) with WebLogic Web Server to save the client's ip address

Howdy, Stranger!
