Can rerun IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers ?

Can we reprint/rerun the job IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers after the Collection Admin ran ? Can we rerun then from custom responsibilities per OU? Any special setup for that ? For the users?
