Map user attributes from Active directory to OID

Hi Friends,

We recently integrated Active directory with OID 11g. I have couple of questions on DIP mapping file from AD to OID.

1. In active directory side, if any user is deactivated/terminated/retired AD team is moving that user record to separate container "cn=Deleted Users".  My question if present user is terminated from the company and this user is moving to "cn=Deleted Users" container .In OID we didn't mapped this container in our mapping file. this user is already synchronized previously then account status is still showing active in OID. how to update this user account status without  mapping the  "cn=Deleted Users" container.
