PeopleCode "Exapnd All" and "Collapse All"

Hello,

I have a page that has multiple level 1 and level 2 scroll areas.  Due to the number of required data elements on my page I try to default a lot of my scroll areas to a collapsed view to reduce the initial clutter on the page.

However my customer would like me to have an option that not only expand/collapse the scroll areas but also triggers the View All link on each scroll area so that all level 1 and level 2 rows are shown by a single click.
