business event error - where ot look for and how to cancel a business event

I have business event 'oracle.apps.wf.notification.receive.message' that is erring out dur to wrong address.

The employee t is trying to send is no longer active and it's just a FYI email.

It looks like ikeep trying to send the message after every 5-10 min.

How can I stop/cancel this Business Event ?
