Refresh AR Transaction Summary Tables - business usage

Refresh AR Transaction Summary (R12.1.3)  - have a couple of questions:

1) what is the business usage of this concurrent porgram? Which screens/processes it is providing data for?

2) how to schedule - when should be run - to follow the certain event/job?

3) by default it is assigned to a Credit Management request group to run from Credit Management User and Credit Management Super User resp... Can we assign to Collections Administration request group to be able to run from the Collection Administrator responsibility?

4) there is an existing Oracle Bug 25106243 - this job runs for all OUs currently, even if OU is specified on submission screen... Is it resolved or always will run for all OUs regardless
