Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Please refer to the captures below.

In people soft 9.2, when I try to set the "change or set up forgoten password hint" and enter foreign language(I tried Japanese & Thai),

the system does not recoganized them and letter change to [¿¿]

Is this the standard setting in people soft 9.2 ? or is there any setting that can change to accept the foreign language?

In people soft 9.1, the system is able to recoganize the foreign lanugage.
