AP Hold Notification Process

Hi ,

In the APINVHDN workflow process when the hold notification is DELEGATED to a user , we are not inserting the action history in AP_INV_APRVL_HIST_ALL ? Is there a reason why we don't record DELEGATED action in AP_INV_APRVL_HIST_ALL ?
