Secondary Page Close Box Option Not working

Currently on tools 8.54 application release 9.1. Using the domodal function along with secondary pages shows the close box regardless of whether I have it unchecked within the secondary page's properties. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Below is the reference document I am using along with pics of my problem highlighted in yellow. I have toggled the close box option on off several times and saved..
