Datetimepicker add-on creating issue in Chinese application

Hi, We are using Siebel Open UI - IP 2014 Patchset 16 call center application.When I create an activity in Chinese application,  I try to select promise date as "2016/12/10 12:30 pm" on slider but it is getting saved as "2016/12/10 12:30 am". Also getting one console error :Error parsing the date/time string: Unexpected literal at position 4. Attaching the snapshot for reference.
