R12 SUBSTITUTED_CCID in XLA_AE_LINES of AP Payment

do anyone know how where is the code combination id store for AP payment?

we found that some of payment entries has is null in the field SUBSTITUTED_CCID  in table XLA_AE_LINES while we expect there is a value in the field  SUBSTITUTED_CCID  .

we want to know what table would store the original code combination for AP payment.
