Can any Oracle Expert help me with steps to upload EDI PO

Hi All,

I have tried uploading PO EDI file but I am facing an error saying that ''The Item/Location for this vendor generated order does not exist''.

But I can item-Location and supplier relationship exist.

Can any one help with the process/steps to upload EDI PO.
