ePerformance integration with ELM on 9.2 and tools 8.54/8.55 respectively

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

i have found instructions as to integrate the above however, I am stumbling already. The steps ask to go into the node properties of the local default node on either system and add the property name of SOA-ENABLED. And that were my problem lies. There is no SOA_ENABLED on HCM nor ELM. Have I got wrong steps?
