HCM 9.2 How to maintain more than one PUM Image on single Virtual Box

Hello - I have installed Virtual Box, and imported HCM PI 17 and then later PI 18.

Both the instances got assigned the same IP address. So, even though I can start both, but only one PIA would work, as they both have same Web server IP address / hostname.

How do I make it to work such that both get their own IP addresses ?

Please advise.
