Drag and Drop feature in Siebel IP15

Siebel IP15 has a drag and drop feature where in a list applet can be loaded with data from an excel by dragging and dropping the details. We want to check if a foreign key association as well can be maintained with this capability. For e.g. lets say i'm loading activities and i want to load contact as well as a part of it. So how do i ensure that the referential integrity of contacts are maintained with this feature.
