Mailer disconnecting SMTP Server due to 550 5.7 1

Hi,

Applications: R 12.1.3

Database:11.2.0.3

OS: OEL 5.8

   When user submitted request to get notification upon request completion. Getting "550 5.7 1 user dont have permissions to send as this sender" by giving send as permission to user for workflow mail id getting notifications.  We can't give this permission to whole organisation.

   If these request completion notifications are not processing, all notifications are being in queue and causing the other notifications delivery delay, some times getting SMTP disconnection from work flow.

   How can we avoid this delay/SMTP disconnection situation, we can't give the send as permission to all users in organisation.
