RMS- Re-run EOD Batch

We have run into a situation where sales for a day were not loaded to ReSA and hence to RMS.  As a consequence EOD ran  without error and without sales for the day.

The result is that all reporting is now "sans sales"

My question is:

        If I reset the vdate to vdate-1 can I re-run the EOD batch without risk to other data?
