Error in Payment Batches

in Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC) Question

I create a payment batche but the values calculated in table cn_commission_lines is different  when it is taken to table  CN_PAYMENT_TRANSACTIONS_ALL, the value is lower.

Has anyone had this before?
