Tuxedo GUI monitoring for PeopleSoft App and Process Scheduler servers.

I know there used to be Tuxedo GUI monitoring for PeopleSoft App and Process Scheduler servers. Not sure if we can do the same with Tuexdo 12c. Could anyone please forward me the setup document for Tuxedo GUI monitoring. I am trying to configure it in the Tuxedo 10g, I am getting below error
