How to modify the PO approval notification on 12.2.5?

Hi,

We already modified our PO notification approval screen on 12.2.3. Sinxe upgrading to 12.2.5 all the changes have gone. We have tried to redo the modifications we previously did, however it is not being applied.

The PO notification has heavily changed on 12.2.5 and later release.

can anyone assist
