Native OS dpk not supported

I am attempting to Install the latest HCM Native OS release on a Windows 2012 R2 virtual windows server.  When I run the psft-dpk-setup.ps1 script I get a message:  Platform is not supported for this Release.  I am not finding a certification page that can tell me which version of virtual Windows is certified for this dpk.  Is anyone having this problem and can you point me in the right direction?
