Mouse Over sub-menus in Peoplesoft 9.1 vs. 9.2

Our Peoplesoft 9.1 applications (FIN and HR) have mouse-over sub menus pop up when navigating from the  navigation across the top (Home->Main Menu, then hover over any of the folders displayed in the drop-down and additional sub-menus appear, and you can hover over those folders for more sub-menus). If you click the folder, you are taken to that folders main page display. In 9.2, you click the folders to get sub-menus, no mouse over/hover over to view the sub menus is enabled.

Is there a switch to turn this mouse over on in 9.2?
