Bulk Emails in Close Manager

Is there a way to send mass/bulk emails from the system itself to all users?

I know you can set if you want email notifications to go out and how frequently according to the type of actions but can you send a free form email from an admin to all users in the system?

Version 11.2.4.0.79 with patch upgrade of .100
