Close Voucher Issue
Hello,
We are on Peoplesoft 9.1. We are trying to update a PO & Receipt that was matched to a voucher that has been closed. We cannot update the PO/Receipt due to it being tied to a closed voucher.
The voucher is not available to be deleted, unposted, nor is it available to be unmatched.
Do you have any suggestions on a course of action that will allow us to update the PO/Receipt line due to a closed/posted voucher?
