writing rules for Pre and Post Authentication in oam sso

Hi,

in our environment,we are implementing two factor authentication,in our scenerio in 1st factor authentication success then allow to 2nd factor.so in this scenerio once 1st factor completes based on user, he may get Adaptive authentication or basic authentication.so how to achieve this?.please suggest.
