Dealinc taking long time. What can be done to improve.

Dealinc is taking so long to Run.

I have a 64 CPU and 320G of memory.

When are many promotions to explode deal/item/loc, one thread remains in the systems but taking huge time and had major impact in the overall batch run times.

Any clue or recomendations?
