Procurement Contracts and Supplier Collaboration

Hi,

I am currently working on a fit/gap analysis of the 'Procurement Contracts' solution (R12.1.3). It appears that suppliers cannot do the following:

  • Edit contracts via iSupplier portal and send the changes to the buyer for review/approval. (Workaround is that they can download the draft version (RTF format), red-line it offline and then upload the edited version to the negotiation and send it back to the buyer. The buyer will have to do the changes and send the negotiation back to the supplier).
  • View/Edit repository contracts via iSupplier portal.
  • Cannot renew expiring contracts via iSupplier portal. They can get notifications for expiring contracts (via deliverables workaround though).
