OAP Latency in Multi-data Center deployment

What is the latency produced in a Multi-Data Center deployment between WebGates including OAP (CERT, OPEN, SIMPLE) and HTTP from the Data Center 1 to OAM Servers (secundary Server list) from Data Center 2?

Is there any formula to calculate this? Or what is the latency average in milliseconds? Considering network infrastructures of different speeds.
