Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Bank charges on dunning letters in Collections R12

Hello Collections Gurus,

Bank Charges which are charged by the bank for rejected payments shall be charged to the customer via dunning letter.

Is it possible to add the fee to the transaction, but it shall also be possible to clear it in case the customer doesn't pay for it.
