Link to Peopletools 8.55 Change Assistant and Update Manager Documentation not working

As new PS 9.2/PUM users, we have found the document (Peopletools 8.55 Change Assistant and Update Manager) very helpful and have been referencing it extensively.  Within the last week or so, when we try to access this doc on Oracle support, we get a 404 error indicating that the 'Page You Requested is not found'. We have tried to access this info in a variety of ways from links on MOS but continue to get the same error.  The URL we were using to get to this doc prior to getting the error condition was http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E66687_01/psft/acrobat/pt855tswu-b1215.pdf
