Creating a Tile in HCM

Hi,

Can any one please help me in creating a Personal Information Tile in HCM. I know how to add a tile to the content reference and enable. But I tried creating a tile for ESS - Personal information. in the second step, the system asks for Data source information. What should I give here?

I gave Navigation collection and in the collection name when I searched, I could not see ADMN_SELFSERVICE. Am i missing any step here? please let me know.

Is there any document related to this? pls suggest.
