Assign employee to Collector group
Hello,
I have an issue " Accounts assigned to some collector codes are not showing in IEX Aging Summary report when using a particular (A) collector group.
Found that the employee is not in the A collector group and added the employee to the Group from CRM responsibility and assigned Usage and Roles. Now when i switch back to Receivables and query collectors and in the same codes if i give the employee name the group is grayed out, and if i try to find the collector group A from the lov it does not show A.
