1099 Bug 25144729

We have applied the 1099 updates for 9.2 but keep watching the HEUG chatter. This is the latest and we are waiting for Bug 25144729 to be released.
We have downloaded Image 21 with the other bugs but are waiting for this bug to test. Do I need to create an SR to get the Bug?

WE have been working with Oracle on this and now they created a bug for this and hope we get the fix soon. We're on 9.2.
