PUM log in URL deployed to Windows OS using default

This is my first time deploying an image to a native OS (in our case, it's window server 2012 R2), I used default set up, so I didn't get a prompt to tell it the URL. Where can I find the default URL for log in? You set that up in the network configuration when you used VirtualBox.
