Message not found after applying 1099 patch

Hello All,

After applying 1099 patch we are receiving error "==>MESSAGE NOT FOUND=="  on 1099 Report post page, 1099 To Send Report page and Witholding send page for new grid of 1099 report. Please find the attached screenshots.

Thanks in advance.

FYI: I have tried clearing cache of Web server and Appserver.
