I submitted an electronic IRS Test File and got this error message back from the IRS

I have submitted an electronic IRS combined State/Federal Test File to the FIRE system and received this message back. Message indicates that I don't have valid codes in position 747-748 for B Records.  I do have values in these fields when there should be.  The Record "175" identified below as containing the Error is an "A" record.  Does anyone know why I am receiving this?
