ToolsClientUtils.py ERROR

When creating a new change package for the tax updates included in Image 20, I get the following error:  'Invalid File Reference(ID-CTX910AA_SQR,Type Code-SQR):Source file cannot be found in pi home'.  There are 95 invalid file references.  I have a SR open on MOS, however, am in a crunch for time.

Steps so far:

Create new Image 20 in VB

Added Source DB - HR92U020 - Delivered w/Image

Added Target DB - HAUD HCM v9.2/8.54.07 tools

Defined package in application

Returned to CA to create new change package and received error

Any clues on what I am missing would be greatly appreciated!
