Problem Description

Upon completion notifications (Notify the following people) of SRS Concurrent program fails with Authentication failed when the URL in the notification is clicked to open the output of the SRS.

The first person who goes in seems to be able to get the output; but any subsequent attempts, even by the same person fails with the only thing on the screen being

Authentication failed

Based on my research and test in our instance, this seems to be intended functionality: Report Link URL Can Only be Opened Once ( Doc ID 329471.1  )

There's a enhancement request already in place to allow a link to be view-able more that one time and I've added this SR to this request:
