Collections Workbench Personalize Tabs - Performance

On going to Personalize Tabs (remove some from display) on the Collections Workbench I'm experiencing a big impact on performance.

Time for Collections Workbench (via link on our Workcentre) screen to open with all the default tabs showing = 1 second

Then going into: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Receivables > Workbench > Personalizations

Personalization Level = All Users

Press Search

Under Personalize Tabs, untick the Display box against 'Credit Profile', 'Corporate Accounts' and 'Conversations'

Press Save

Now, time for Collections Workbench (via link on our Workcentre) screen to open = 5 minutes 58 seconds

Why does the page take so long to open up when simply hiding a few tabs. Is there other configuration that needs to be updated?
