FCM Close Manager 11.1.2.4.102 - 'Expand All' - Error JBO-26041: Failed to post data to Database dur
Issue:
All users are having an issue in our newly patch (102) FCM environment in the Close manager application. Using the ‘Expand All’ button on any Template/schedule returns the following error message.
Once this message is received all subsequent actions return the same message and a user effectively has to log off/login to reset and be able to work in Close manager. This affects All users, All security levels for any template/schedule in both DEV and PROD. All other actions remain functional, including manually expanding all nodes of the schedule manually by either clicking, arrows keys or using the Expand feature.
